WARNING! BETTERCAREERS.CO.UK IS A SCAM!

When you get offered a job by email, you'll feel head over heels about being chosen but appearances can be deceiving.

I got an email from someone claiming to be a Harris M Adam from Better Careers UK where I was offered the job of a data inputter. I was skeptical at first but realized how full of shit these assholes were.

I checked out their website and their website seems legit but check out the address of where they are stationed.

311 Shoreham Street
Sheffield
England <------(No one in the United Kingdom puts 'England' on the address.)
S2 4FA

Their address is an old account service building which looks like this below.

From the looks of things, this address was picked at random.

This is the email I have received from them. Notice the tacky and unprofessional format by use of colour in fonts.

This is part of the plaguing problems of assholes exploiting the desperation of people seeking employment either by having you pay for training upfront and not receiving training, promising to refund your money if you don't get the job or obtaining your bank account details by filling in a job application.

I urge the police or MI5 or MI6 to shut down the Better career website so they cannot scam more vulnerable desperate people in the future and investigate on who is sending these emails.

This blog is to inform you all about the scam. DO NOT REPLY BACK, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CONTACT DETAILS AND FOR GOD'S SAKE DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY UPFRONT OR GIVE THEM YOUR BANK DETAILS!

  1. Thanks for this. Got an email from the same person, but for a different role. Decided to google the company to see if legit, saw your blog and now know I was right to investigate. Seemed weird that they would contact me out of the blue and offer me something upfront.
